Owner & Groomer
Tilly moved to Arizona at 16 and has spent more than half her life caring for animals. She spent four years as a house-call groomer before opening a permanent home for Leash and Lather. She is certified in Pet CPR & First Aid and holds AKC S.A.F.E. certification.
